How Does Krillion Work?
Krillion is a daily open-answer trivia game built around rarity rather than a single solution. Everyone receives the same seven prompts. Each prompt gives you a short window to enter one valid response, and less obvious accepted answers earn deeper scores.
The important distinction is that unusual does not automatically mean better. An answer still needs to fit the exact prompt. The strongest strategy is therefore recalling a valid answer that fewer people are likely to reach for first.

We check the official public sheet every 15 minutes and publish validated changes automatically, including revisions later in the day. Today's date follows New York time. If its sheet is unavailable, we show a pending status and link to the latest dated capture.
Does an answer checker miss mean my answer is invalid?
No. It only means that exact answer or an explicit alias is absent from our captured data for that prompt.
When does PlayKrillion switch to a new day?
PlayKrillion changes to the next daily date at midnight in New York. This automatically follows Eastern daylight-saving changes.
Is the source timestamp also New York time?
Source checks and technical timestamps are recorded in UTC, while the site's daily calendar follows New York time.
How do I improve my score?
